The living room has a corner sofa, and a large space that can be adapted by the tenant according to his personal needs, and the living room has access to a large balcony (view of greenery and trees in front of the building). The kitchen has kitchen elements. The dining room has a table and (5) chairs. The first bedroom has a master bed, wardrobe and (2) nightstands. The second bedroom has a bed, wardrobe and access to the terrace. The bathroom has a bathtub with a washing machine. 

There is also a guest toilet, but it is not in use.

We must state that you can rent this apartment in the amount of 400€ per month, for a lease of (2) years, with the intention that you can also renovate it slowly in exchange for the amount you would pay monthly for rent.
