This two bedroom apartment of 83m2 is located on the 5th floor of a residential building in Zabjelo, across from the ’AGRO Center’ in Podgorica.

The building was built in 1982/83.

This apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. The layout is designed in a way that makes it possible to ventilate the entire apartment. One balcony faces south and overlooks the ’Dajbabe Tower’ and the other faces north and looks directly at the elementary school ’Oktoih’.

Upon entering the apartment, you have a spacious hallway that leads you to two fully-equipped bathrooms. One bathroom has a bathtub, while the other has a shower cabin. To the right you have the living room with a large new corner sofa, coffee table and a large Smart TV. On the same side you have a dining room with a new table and (4) chairs. The kitchen, which is custom made to fit the space has all the standard kitchen elements, as well as a large refrigerator, a dishwasher, a stove with a flat plate, an oven and a hood vent above. The kitchen and living room are separated by a half-wall that separates the two spaces in a very practical way with both sides usable as shelving. On the left side you have the bedrooms. One bedroom has a master bed and wardrobe, while the other smaller room has just wardrobe.

The apartment has been renovated with PVC windows and doors. One balcony is enclosed with blinds that can be completely opened. Some flooring has also been changed, and both bathrooms have been renovated.

Due to this apartment being located in an older building, the insulation is very good and the elevator in this building, although it is an older model, works very well; To our surprise, better than in some new buildings.

The parking space is located in front of the building for all tenants of this residential building and there is always space available.

The owner did not furnish the second bedroom completely as they thought that maybe whoever takes the apartment will use it as a study or kids bedroom. If another furnished room is necessary, he will arrange for it to be furnished himself, or give the lessor the opportunity to furnish it themselves. Should the later option be chosen, then the cost will be deducted from the monthly rent for the apartment.

Ovaj dvosoban stan površine 83m2 nalazi se na 5. spratu stambene zgrade na Zabjelu, preko puta ’AGRO Centra’ u Podgorici.

Ovaj stan ima 2 spavaće sobe, 2 kupatila i 2 balkona. Raspored je projektovan tako da omogućava provjetravanje cijelog stana. Jedan balkon gleda na jug i gleda na „Dajbabe kulu“, a drugi na sjever i direktno na osnovnu školu „Oktoih“.

Po ulasku u stan imate prostrani hodnik koji vas vodi do dva potpuno opremljena kupatila. Jedno kupatilo ima kadu, a drugo tuš kabinu. Kuhinja i dnevni boravak su odvojeni poluzidom koji razdvaja dva prostora na veoma praktičan način sa obije strane koje se mogu koristiti kao police. Na lijevoj strani su spavaće sobe. Jedna spavaća soba ima glavni krevet i plakar, dok druga manja soba ima samo ormar.

Stan je renoviran sa PVC stolarijom i stolarijom. Jedan balkon je ograđen roletnama koje se mogu potpuno otvoriti. Promijenjen je i dio podnih obloga, renovirana su oba kupatila.

Drugu spavaću sobu vlasnik nije u potpunosti opremio, jer je mislilo na to da će ga možda onaj ko uzme stan koristiti kao radnu ili dečiju spavaću sobu.
